Travel Agent Review: Luxury Tour of Galapagos Island & Ecuador

My husband shattered his clavicle while hiking in the Galapagos. The entire travel team could not have done more to help us get emergency care, back to the Mainland and home for surgery. This included getting translators, flights, hotels, getting our luggage to us, and sending us what we needed for travel insurance. It wasn't perhaps the trip we had imagined, but the company, our planner and the team came through during our time of need. Honestly, lots of places can plan a nice trip, but this service is what makes a company exceptional.
For the brief time we were there, everything was exactly as per our agenda. Every guide was on time, polite, informational and a pleasure. I am sure the remainder of the trip would have been the same.
