We had a great time. The tours and guides were friendly and knowageable. The exception was in York where we were booked for a hop on hop off tour. York center is so compact and walkable that we neither had time or inclination to take it. Rooms were fine. No air conditioning was a surprise but we coped even thought UK was having a hot spell. Great trip!

The travel company booked the wrong end day, they booked us Flying out on the 18th instead of the 19th. To their credit, they found the error and paid Half the cost of rebooting. We also had trouble with the train. We had two train trips on different days. The travel codes for the two dates were the same. I called the travel company and resolve the issue in five minutes. The person who helped us kind and effective. We were generally pleased with their trip plan and service.
