Travel Review: Africa Safari in Botswana & Namibia, Hot Air Balloon Tour

We had an incredible trip to Botswana and Namibia and want to thank our travel agent for making it possible! She made the planning process so easy, listening to our feedback and making changes as needed. We loved every lodge that we stayed at during our trip and with the help of their amazing guides, were able to check every animal we wanted to see off our list. I also appreciated all the advice and tips our agent shared with me about traveling in Africa and packing light!

The true test came when the first leg of our flights to Africa was cancelled after a long delay. I had to text our travel agent in the middle of the night to let her know and she responded right away. By the morning, all our following flights had been rescheduled and we were ready to go. Even though we lost a day of our trip, the fact that everything was rescheduled so easily made it so much less stressful. While many travel agencies can plan an amazing trip, handling a difficult travel situation seamlessly is a real testament to their service. 

We would absolutely use this safari travel company and this agent's expertise again for another trip in the future.
