Travel Review: Africa Safari, South Africa & Zambia, Cape Town, Johannesburg, Victoria Falls, Cape Point & Cape of Good Hope Tour

This travel agency planned the most amazing two weeks in South Africa (Safari @Tintswalo, Cape Town and Johannesburg) and Zambia (Livingstone) for my group of 4 adults.  We loved all the accommodation they chose, all the transfers were on time and the on ground private tour company guides were outstanding!  A couple days before the trip, we were provided with the final itinerary both electronically and in paper and everything went exactly to plan.  It was great to not have to think about anything.  This travel agency is top notch in my book. This is my first time using a travel company and I will definitely be a repeat costumer.  I have already recommended them to friends that are planning to visit South Africa next year.

From start to finish, my direct consultant was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and provided very insightful information and recommendations to help us make decisions for the best itinerary flow.  We booked very late but our travel consultant was able to secure the most beautiful accommodations within our budget.  She was very responsive, even with the time difference (I am 6 hours behind) I never felt like I was left hanging. 

While on the vacation, she responded to an issue that came up, as we were scheduled to leave from Zimbabwe the day the country had a military takeover.  My travel consultant responded to my email right away assuring us that her contacts on the ground confirmed that the roads were safe and the Victoria airport was not affected.  It brought my family additional comfort when our transfer driver told us that he was instructed not to leave us but to wait at the airport until the flight took off just in case there was an issue and we needed to be driven out of the country.
