Our trip to South Africa and Zimbabwe was terrific! Our travel agent's attention to detail was second to none. I was really impressed with her ability to adjust to what I wanted and every pick-up and drop-off was on time with the highest of service levels.

The tent camps she picked were outstanding and our experience at Ngala was life-changing. Every safari was punctuated with a big cat sighting!

All of our accommodations were first rate and the welcoming atmosphere was also top notch.

What were the most enjoyable or memorable parts of your trip?

The best parts of our trip were at the Ngala Tent Camp and our day-long tour of Cape Town with the guide. I had no idea that the Cape was so beautiful!

We did a "Walk with Lions" in Victoria Falls, which was truly breath-taking and highly recommended.

If you could take your trip again, what would you do differently?

If I could plan the trip again, I would stay at Victoria Falls instead of in the Tent Camp there. Animal sightings were few and far between in that Park, and the drive to downtown when we wanted to do some local activities was cumbersome. The tent camp itself was super nice, though.
