Travel Review: Anniversary Trip to New Zealand, Lord of the Rings Tours

Working with this travel agent was an amazing experience from beginning to end. My husband and I began our experience with a personal phone call to determine what our travel desires were. We then received a detailed draft of an itinerary. When a few things didn't match exactly what we wanted to do, our agent willingly worked with us through several drafts until we had created our dream New Zealand vacation. We were impressed with her knowledge of the different options and particularly impressed with how she and her team were able to arrange what we wanted to do so we could maximize our time in the country while still feeling relaxed and "on vacation."

Prior to our trip, we received excellent information detailing what to bring and what to expect. We were particularly pleased with our final conversation that we had before leaving, were we reviewed our trip in detail and were able to ask lots of last minute questions. We left knowing that we had someone who would be available at a moments notice should we need additional help during our stay.

However, during our trip, every thing went exactly as she detailed for us. Our special dietary requirements were taken care of at every venue (a HUGE relief!), each reservation was prepared, and each hotel and restaurant recommendation was top notch. We especially appreciated the extra information during the trip explaining when to be ready, special check-in instructions, and special clothing to considering based on elevation and experience requirements.

From beginning to end, our experience exceeded our expectations and we would highly recommend this agent and her company for ANYONE who wants personalized travel arrangements.
