Your overall comments on the trip and the travel company:

Our trip to Central Europe was a great adventure. Our travel company did a wonderful job of finding highlights, hotels and dining spots to enhance our stays. We did have a couple of blips. The travel company used a new App to keep in touch with us and to relay important messages. The App did not really work as expected and it caused some confusion and almost-missed opportunities. All of our guides were exceptional, knowledgeable and thoughtful.

What were the most enjoyable or memorable parts of your trip?

For me, meeting the local people, our guides especially, was memorable. Most of these people had lived such varied lives and were so interesting. Also, each city we visited held its own charm, history, and culture. We learned a great deal from this trip.

If you could take your trip again, what would you do differently?

We would not schedule so many activities. It would have been nice to have more time to walk the cities on our own and enjoy the culture with a little more free time.

I want to say I am sorry the app did not live up to your expectations. Customer satisfaction is what we
strive for when we put together any vacation. We are all extremely disappointed with this result, and
have forwarded your comments on to our app development rep. We have had only glowing reviews in
regard to the new app, so I am truly sorry it did not operate correctly for your trip.

We strive for perfection, and wish we could have made it 5 stars, but enjoyed working with you and
hope to connect soon for another customized trip. Thank you again for choosing to book with us, and
