Travel Review: Costa Rica Vacation

We were scheduled for a free day near the end of our trip but we like to be on the go so we tried to schedule a tour from our hotel but then had a mix up where they didn’t get our reservation so we weren’t able to take the tour (after we showed up).  This was not the fault of Zicasso nor our travel agency.  I should have realized that we wouldn’t want 48 hours of downtime and scheduled a tour in advance.
