I would book two single rooms in Santa Juana instead of their double bedroom house which was very outdated. I would also bring a hair fan with me since they didn't have any. Also I would make sure we brought enough alcohol with us to last us for all 3 day since they don't have any. I would skip the Santa Juana tour and take a different tour instead since our guide spoke no English at all.  I would pack a towel for the Manuel Antonio park trip since the tour doesn't provide it and you need it for the swimming part. I would also try to book tours not with the tour company used for our tour. Their tours are very rushed and not informative. And skip their lunches since they are no good. At the rainforest areal tram I would have added a waterfall climb to our zip line tour.
