Our first experience using a travel company, and it totally exceeded our expectations. Our travel agent was incredibly organized - every detail was in place. I needed to contact her once (for my problem, unrelated to her service) and she responded immediately. Each hotel was unique with so much personality. We always had the best rooms. The drivers and guides she arranged were always prompt, and so informative and helpful. The tours arranged were perfect. Her suggestions for sights to see were ideal.
