Travel Review: Custom India Vacation, Delhi, Agra, Jaipur, Udaipur, Ranthambore, Tiger Camp, Mumbai, Taj Mahal

As above - change hotels in Rathambore. Otherwise nothing differently. Travel Company's Response We were honored and delighted to provide Dr. Duckman’s party of 4 a deluxe 18-day customized tour to India which included Delhi, Agra, Jaipur, Udaipur and Ranthambore (tiger camp). As you can see they did enjoy the whole trip and the services which we provided and were overall very satisfied with the trip, with one exception – the Tiger Camp hotel. We had them in fantastic 5-star hotels in each of the cities, but the Tiger Camp was not up to the same level that they expected. In retrospect we should have booked them in another Tiger Camp and I believe they would have been more satisfied. We have apologized to our clients and are going to compensate them for this problem. The other hotels were Taj and Oberoi hotels, which are the best hotels in India. The last hotel we had the clients at was the Udaivilas in Udaipur for three nights. Travel Leisure had listed the Udaivilas as “the top resort in Asia” in 2009. We have discussed the whole tour with Dr. Duckman and we are very glad that despite this one problem he told us that he had a fantastic time and that he would be happy to use our company again for other tours. It is our policy to do all that we can to provide our clients the best experiences and tours. Russ
