The travel coordinator was extremely responsive to my needs and worked with me over a period of months to arrange my requests. I found him to be agreeable and very customer-service oriented. He did a beautiful job or working in most of the things I hoped to do.

What were the most enjoyable or memorable parts of your trip?

The private drive across Wales to catch the ferry to Ireland.

If you could take your trip again, what would you do differently?

I would have asked for a different room in London for the first five nights I was there. The room was really small, inconvenient, and depressing. This was a significant issue for me. Apart from that, no issues or complaints.
