Your overall comments on the trip and the travel company:

We loved the Zicasso site for sourcing travel agents, and how easy it was to receive sample itineraries and connect with travel agents from all over the world online. Doug was excellent, he has great knowledge of Italy and listened to what we asked for in order to provide a custom-made experience for us. He was available to us anytime, and responded to all requests very promptly. Even while we were away, he was available for us to ask questions, and make a couple of changes to our plans.

What were the most enjoyable or memorable parts of your trip?

We did a cooking class at Torre Guelfa in Tuscany with a chef - this was certainly a highlight. We anxiously await the recipes from this class! We loved renting a car and driving throughout Tuscany. And Sorrento and the Amalfi coast was such beautiful warm weather, and a very relaxed environment to finish the trip. We also found the tour company really exceptional, and would use this company in the future when travelling to other destinations.

If you could take your trip again, what would you do differently?

Our hotel was outside Sorrento, if we went there again we would stay right in the town of Sorrento as the walk back and forth was sometimes tough at the end of the day. We really loved Siena, and the Val D'Orcia region, if we went again we would choose to go to just Tuscany and stay somewhere in this region.
