Travel Review: Customized Nature Highlights of Australia

Overall very good - couple of small minor detail problems - however no deal breakers. Arriving in Brisbane airport finding the coach transportation was not clear and that took awhile - more detail about this would have been helpful. One of our trips the trip to the Zoo the tour operator - bus transportation driver was supposed drop us at our hotel after the zoo trip and he left us 1 block away - no a major problem just odd way to do things.The hotels recommended were all top notch and the tour suggestions were spot on. I would recommend to the tour company that a personal follow-up call to their customers after they complete their trip would be nice touch - i run my own business and I have incorporated this into my follow-up plan for customers.
