Travel Review: Egypt Tour, Luxor, Cairo, Karnak, Philae, Edfu, Kom Ombo, Habu, Valley of the Kings and Queens, Local Culture

   Our 'first' trip to Egypt with this travel agency was much better and easier than we expected.  It was our first time using a private tour and we were very pleased with how smoothly everything went and how nice they all are.  Our travel planner, our greeter at the airport, the drivers, and the guides only wanted to make us happy.  It was fun!  No worries!

    Our guides in the south and in Cairo were both highly educated experts that speak good English,  had the answers to all our many questions,  were both very patient and we were never rushed around.  Since we were not with a group, we could spend as much time as we wanted at most of the places and took advantage of that.  Also, it was fun talking to the guides about current events in Egypt, their customs and politics while riding in the car.

  There was not one minute that we did not feel safe.  There is a noticeable Police presence around town, officers at every site, and an occasional military checkpoint along the roads.  Its obvious they want to keep us safe and they do.
