Your overall comments on the trip and the travel company:

This travel company planned a 17 day trip to Ireland, Edinburgh, London and Paris for my husband and me in September 2017. We have very mixed reviews about this company, given that promised hotels on the itinerary were not included in the trip, time frames for accomplishing touring were severely underestimated (so we excluded things which meant losing not just a lot of time but money). There was confusion between our travel company and their subcontractors which meant waits and rescheduling. Special planned events were wonderful: lunch cruise on the Thames,Evita, Eiffel Tower lunch, Paris night dinner cruise, Versailles private garden tour. Our drivers, guides, were fantastic and most hotels were grand. Our travel company gave us a bit of compensation but we incurred unnecessary stress along the way and that was hugely disappointing.

What were the most enjoyable or memorable parts of your trip?

the most enjoyable parts were Irish people, music and pubs. We had terrific meals among the way. Paris was delightful and the hotel had an incredible location, helpful, friendly staff, the sweetest boutique hotel ever! 5 stars for them! Our driver in Paris, pointed out Rue de Cler to us and we ventured there the next day...a highlight of the trip!

If you could take your trip again, what would you do differently?

We would triple check our final itinerary before leaving to look for things that were not aligned with the previous itinerary (which we had booked and paid for!) we could have caught a few discrepancies.

We might have even planned the trip ourselves, as we have done that many time in the past. We just were counting on the perfectly planned trip and felt this travel company was the best choice. Not.
