Your overall comments on the trip and the travel company:

We had a wonderful trip and due to our agent and her company. It was amazing and we had several different issues before the trip and during the trip and she helped us to work them all out including a vehicle that broke down and she helped us find a ride to our hotel. It was a tremendous experience and a trip of a lifetime. Our agent made it an amazing experience.

What were the most enjoyable or memorable parts of your trip?

We loved the entire trip but our lunch in Chianti was an incredible experience. We also really enjoyed our segway tour of Rome.

If you could take your trip again, what would you do differently?

We would probably not schedule so many different tours and things to do and spend a little more time relaxing in the different locations we visited.
