Everyone we worked with at this travel agency was helpful, efficient and knowledgeable.  They planned a unique trip for us including finding interesting activities for our teenagers.  They were able to incorporate all the aspects of the trip that I suggested and developed an itinerary that was exactly what we were looking for, with attention to developing a vacation that matched our pace and interest exactly.  When small issues arose during the trip the staff was responsive and helpful. Hotels, tour guides and suggestions were perfect! I would highly recommend working with this agency when planning a trip to Central Europe!!
