Travel Review: European Vacation, Italy, Switzerland, Zurich, St Mortiz, Portofino, Milan, Lake Como, Cinque Terre

My wife and I arranged a vacation to Italy and Switzerland through this travel company. Our agent was instrumental in making this trip a success. My wife and I had a simple but hazy idea about where and when to travel in Northern Italy. The only specifics we wanted were the Lake Como region and the Bernina Express train to St. Moritz. Our agent proactively outlined a trip that included Portofino and Zurich, suggesting excursions in Cinque Terre, Milan and around Lake Como. She also proactively found the best high-end hotels and rooms/suites, as we suggested to her. We also received a similar trip itinerary from another agency. After comparison, the itinerary and hotels/room classes that our agent suggested seemed better, and (this is surprising), the total cost was also lower through this travel company.
