Your overall comments on the trip and the travel company:

The trip was well planned and offered a lot of activities for price. The travel arrangments had no glithces. All reservations for hotels, airport transfers and excursions had no issues. Very honorable travel company. We got our credit for tour change in Franz Joseph due to inclimental weather very promptly. Shelly was always available to anwer any questions.

What were the most enjoyable or memorable parts of your trip?

Sydney and the Bule Mountains were wonderful. Featherdale Park was very exciting for kids. New Zealand Rotorua on North Island was a very relaxing stay with geothermal parks. South Island is truly an adventure island.

If you could take your trip again, what would you do differently?

We tried to cramp Australia and NZ in 16 days. We would recommend staying in Sydney for atleast three days. Skip Auckland if you dont have time and fly straight to Rotorua. Very relaxing with lot of options for activities. May want to rent a car. South Isand is where you need 8 to 10 days.
