Your overall comments on the trip and the travel company:

We were very impressed with this travel agency and the planning and service that we received from the organization. Our representative went above and beyond in the care she took to make sure our trip was a once in a lifetime trip for our daughter and my wife and me.

The book they supplied with information and itinerary was very well done and impressive with the detail along with contact numbers, addresses, suggestions and info in general.

What were the most enjoyable or memorable parts of your trip?

There were many points that stand out but the Pilatus experience, the hotel in Melk, the Interlaken hotel and sights in that area, and last but not least the contact from our travel representative to make sure everything was perfect.

If you could take your trip again, what would you do differently?

I would make it longer and spend a little more time in each place.
