Travel Review: Family Vacation in Italy, Rome & Sicily

My family and I (11 travelers) just returned from the most amazing holiday in Sicily and Rome.  Less than 5 months ago we decided to celebrate my parents 52 wedding anniversary in Sicily.  I did not want to have my parents forced to maintain the speed and time constraints of a tour bus. We did that type of tour years ago. This time was to be different and I wanted them to dictate how long they would like to spend at each location, removing the stress and just having an amazing experience. I contacted Zicasso to make what I wanted a reality! Zicasso assigned my trip to this agent and her company. They provided excellent guidence and service to make sure we saw Sicily in all its splendor. Our travel agent was available 24 hrs a day in the scheduling and during the trip. It was comforting to know she was there for us if needed. We didn't need to reach out so she checked in with me about every other day to make sure our trip was excellent. And it truly was.
