Travel Review: Family Vacation in Italy & Switzerland, Rome, Florence, Milan, Lake Como, Capri, Lugano, Vatican, Boating

First know that my idea of vacation has always been to go to the beach and relax. Booking Italy was exciting, especially for the chance to experience it with my mom since she is first generation US.

However, I will never consider just going to the beach a vacation after being immersed in cultural and history like I was the past two weeks!

Just back from the most amazing trip ever. I can't thank you enough for all of your great planning and coordinating on our behalf. My family was so impressed with how well organized we were and the way the drivers were just waiting for us at each stop.

When we went to Milan we even found time to meet the relatives in Somma Lombardo. There is not one place we saw that I wouldn't recommend to everyone else debating making the trip. That said, I really loved Capri, Florence and Roma. 

Our travel planner picked the perfect tour guides!... In Roma we felt like our guide was family. In Florence, our guide was the most caring person and her love of Florence shined with every word she spoke. Our guide was kind, thoughtful and helped us coordinate a taxi to our family after the Last Supper visit.  Our captain and his crew on the boat were exceptional!  And the concierge staff at each hotel was beyond friendly, helpful and informative from helping us time impromptu adventures to suggesting meals, we were thrilled with their level of help and expertise.
