Travel Review: France Vacation, Paris, Provence

This tour wasn't the best I expected. I won't get into the details.  I hope Zicasso could raise the standards of their traveling companies in the future so that we customers can get a better service.

All of us here at at our company were sorry to hear that you felt our service to you was not what you had expected. My staff in the USA and abroad take all your comments and concerns very seriously and we take full responsibility for our shortcomings.

We have been in contact with all your service providers to see where we might improve. No matter the years in business, we are always open to improvements and with each guest experience we do our best to listen and to take action.

Unfortunately some of the issues you encountered were due to the timing and specific special requirements of your particular trip. We were able to find a Mandarin speaking guide in Paris at the last minute and accommodate your requests to change many aspects of your trip while you were traveling; all this considering the delay you had acquiring your Tourist Visa which caused this trip to be planned and confirmed at the last possible moment.  We understand the remote small village town in Provence where you wanted to stay caused some logistical problems and delay for the transportation to reach you and we know this was an inconvenience to you. We are deeply sorry and each time we handled your issues and concerns immediately while you were traveling so you and your family would be able to enjoy your trip.  We pride ourselves in having local staff in Europe who can assist customers like yourself while  you were still traveling unlike many other companies that cannot help a customer until they return. 

Despite our shortcomings we want to thank you for the positive comments you gave us after you returned and we will use your experience to grow and improve.
