Travel Review: Handcrafted Australia, New Zealand and Fiji Highlights Tour

We had a great trip. We visited 6 cities in 4 countries and all of our reservations, documentation, transportation and tours were executed flawlessly. I had some concerns about working with a travel agent that I had never worked with before, but this Australia travel agency definitely knows the South Pacific. When I worked with my agent, I explained where we wanted to go and what our interests are and she was able to build an itinerary to meet our needs -- one that I couldn't find in any kind of packaged tour. We are very happy with our decision to use this travel agent and I would also use Zicasso again.
