Overall, my satisfaction with this travel agent was great. The team in the US office is awesome. I was not aware they used in country service partners though. The tour company used was excellent as well. The only downfall I have is the hotel accommodations that were chosen for us were not what we expected. When we tried to change hotels once we were on the trip, the in country partner said the rooms were pre-paid and we couldn't switch now. That is fine but I was not aware of this to begin with. I would have paid a lot more money for better hotel accommodations. Essentially, it is nobody's fault but would have liked more information regarding this. Overall, we had an amazing experience so there are really no other complaints.
