I highly recommend this travel company. The entire trip from beginning to end exceeded all of our expectations and this was truly a trip of a lifetime. We were able to experience Rome, Venice, Florence, Tuscany and the Amalfi Coawst in just 9 days for our honeymoon and the trip could not have been planned more efficiently. This company was able to work within our budget, while giving us options of where we could choose upgrades. Every tour/excursion that was recommended for us was amazing and gave us special insight into each area we were visiting. All of the accommodations we stayed in were great, especially Caravaggio Hotel in Florence as well as Hotel Napoleon in Rome. We also highly recommend Relais Vignale in Radda Di Chianti. The service of all those hotels was just amazing. On top of that, even when we had an issue with one of our hotels, our agent was able to coordinate with them on our behalf. Also, when we had difficulty finding one of the vendors for our tours, she was able to contact them and ensure we didn't miss our gondola ride in Venice, which was a once in a lifetime experience. She also provided us with our itinerary and vouchers in a very straightforward format along with specific tips for navigating Italy, such as how to tip, basic phrases we should know in Italian and restaurant recommendations. Even after everything was planned and booked, our agent was there to help us every step of the way.
