Travel Review: Italy Family Trip, Dolomites, Rome, Venice, Amalfi Coast, Positano, Private Tours, 15-Day Tour

The service provided by our travel consultant of the travel company was absolutely phenomenal!  We traveled to 4 areas of Italy; The Dolomites, Venice, Amalfi Coast and Rome with our 10 year old daughter. During the planning phase our travel consultant provided excellent advice and came up with several creative and cost effective solutions and recommendations to make the process of getting from place to place easy and efficient. Our travel consultant spent a lot of time with me on the phone and via e-mail to design the perfect trip for our family.  All of the hotel, tour and transfer selections and recommendations were right in line with what we wanted.
During our trip we never had to worry about coordinating transfers or stressing out trying to figure out a train schedule - everything was pre-arranged.  The travel company offered both group and private tour and excursion options and we chose some of each type depending on the location and significance to us.  The guides that were selected for the private tours that we chose were excellent. They were are all very well educated and had great knowledge or the area or site they were taking us to.  This made the experience so much better and as we learned much more than we would have on our own.  They also provided information and facts that were interesting to both my husband and me as well as our daughter. 
During the trip our travel specialist stayed in touch and made me aware of a time change to one of tours well in advance of the day.  He was easily reachable if we needed anything during our trip which put us at ease.  
This trip was a celebration of many milestones for our family and thanks to our travel specialist and the travel company it truly was a trip of a life time!
