Your overall comments on the trip and the travel company:

We could not have been happier. Our travel specialist did a wonderful job and was easy to get a hold of whenever we needed him. He was very thorough. We requested last minute changes to our reservation and he responded quickly.

What were the most enjoyable or memorable parts of your trip?

The fact that everything was decided prior to us arriving. There were no surprises! The drivers were all there when they were supposed to be and never had an issue. So nice to go on vacation and not have to worry about when to go, where to go, etc. All restaurant recommendations were all excellent also.

If you could take your trip again, what would you do differently?

We probably stayed in Siena 1 extra day.
