Your overall comments on the trip and the travel company:

We are a family of two seniors travelled with Zicasso for the second time. This May we wished to tour Tuscany, Amalfi coast and Rome with the starting point at Florence and Rome as an ending point. All my contacts with our trip adviser via email were very productive and efficient. She understood very well all our trip requirements, interests, timetable and budget. All 4 star hotels met our expectations and one in Chianty surprised us with the unique details like a huge beautiful fire place in our room of the building built in 18th century.

Our trip planner called us several times during our exploration of Italy to ensure we were fully satisfied. Our guides in Florence and Rome were superb.

What were the most enjoyable or memorable parts of your trip?

Certainly, an eternal city Rome was the most memorable in our trip even though we have seen it before. Florence with its numerous art treasures introduced us to Renaissance and made it unforgettable. Picturesque Chianti region surprised us with its beautiful medieval hill towns and churches. We had a big fun at the Chianty farm by participating in the private cheese tour where we learned how to make the famous pecorino cheese and tasted different kinds of it. At Amalfi coast we were impressed with its beautiful scenery.

If you could take your trip again, what would you do differently?

In Positano of Amalfi coast we had a lot of fun and challenge to climb from our hotel on the beach to the parking lot because there were no any means to reach it except of a baggage electric cart, so we were brought to the top of the town as a baggage. It was a fun. We think that for people with a health problems this issue should be resolve differently.
