This travel agency was wonderful to work with. My contact person at the company was very quick to respond to my emails and provided wonderful suggestions and recommendations for my travel to Japan. Everything before and during my journey to Japan was done in a professional, friendly, and organized manner. My grandson and I had the most amazing trip and it was accomplished with the itinerary, guides, detailed daily activities, etc., that were provided by my travel agency. Whenever I wanted to make a change either before or even during our trip, the agency took care of it and handled everything, making it very easy on me.

We enjoyed all our guides, but we were so impressed with our first guide who was with us 3 days. She was outstanding!
