Travel Review: Luxury Argentina Birthday Vacation, Mendoza, Bariloche, Buenos Aires, Cerro Cocodrilo Trek, Seven Lakes Tour

My husband and I planned this trip as a celebration of my 50th birthday.  We could not have chosen a better location, and the trip was a dream come true! 

Andrew at this South America travel agency was quickly responsive to my emails and gave us many options from which to choose our itinerary, all of which were appealing and appropriate for our interests, budget, and activity level.  The descriptive literature was very informative and helpful in making our decisions.  Once the trip was confirmed, the documentation was thorough and clear. 

The local service was also top-notch.  We had a delay on our first flight which caused us to be re-routed through Chile; when I called to notify the local agency of our delay, they already knew!  We were met promptly at each location by our local guide and driver, each of whom was friendly and professional. 

We spent three days in Buenos Aires, two days in Mendoza, and three days in Bariloche.  We have traveled to many countries where we didn't speak the language; this is the first time we have used guides.  It made such a difference!  No stress, no logistical challenges -- worth every penny!
