Overall, this was a fantastic trip! Argentina is a beautiful country with a lot of things to do and see. But the customer service provided by this Argentina tour operator really made this trip what it was. Our host in Buenos Aires was so friendly and outgoing, and she kept us up to date with minor airport issues (because of delays caused by volcanic ash) via a cell phone she gave us the first day. She also gave use a welcome gift bag that contained snacks, a small bottle of wine, and adapter plugs (which were so useful since we accidentally brought the wrong ones from home). Every part of the planning process and the vacation was enhanced by the tour operator's expertise and excellent service. We were met at each leg of our trip by friendly and professional drivers and guides selected by the company. I have recommended them to everyone I know!
