Our Australia travel agent was amazing from our initial call six months ago when we began planning our trip to Australia and held our hands when we encountered a couple snafus along the way.  We had never considered a travel agent in the past for our overseas trips but we were short on time and experience to pull together a two week trip to Australia by ourselves so we took the risk and we are glad we did.
