Travel Review: Luxury Austria & Switzerland Trip, Lauenen Valley, 12-Day Tour

We had an excellent adult family trip.
The planning went smoothly. The travel company did an excellent job listening to our requests while recommending and developing a great itinerary and finding great accomodations, guides, and transportation (even being patient with us as we revised and tweaked our plans). Email communications were responsive. But best of all, the USA telephone number allowed us to speak directly to discuss complicated details when email wouldn't be practical.
Regarding our itinerary, when we selected the travel company, we had several specific requests, but were open to suggestions. The travel company provided excellent suggestions that took the trip beyond our expectations.
