Travel Review: Luxury Costa Rica Vacation, Arenal, Manuel Antonio National Park, Wildlife, Local Culture

We made inquiry about Costa Rica from Zicasso with the intent of arranging a trip of about eleven days. This travel agency called us at our home the very next day with offers to help plan just the type of trip that would be most enjoyable for us.  I was amazed at how quickly they responded.  Throughout the planning process, they frequently contacted us with suggestions and information by telephone and via Email.  We felt we were in daily contact with them.  They were always courteous, never pushy and had wonderful suggestions that excited us. We decided what we would budget for the travel and they planned around our budget.  They were exact and did not try to push us for more than we wanted to spend.

Our travel agency was among the best travel agencies we have ever used.  We were met at the airport by one of our agents and his wife and our entire itinerary was arranged.  Every venue was better than expected.  Our agents anticipated our every need.  We had several different guides along the way and every one of them was friendly and extremely knowledgeable.  We felt that we were the focus of their entire day.  We had several different drivers over the eleven days we spent in Costa Rica.  We left our hotel to meet them and always the drivers were there early waiting for us.  We began to be ready earlier ourselves so we would not keep them waiting.  

We learned that our travel agency had quietly followed up on every excursion we made to be sure all our needs were taken care of.  

We would always use this travel agency in the future for Costa Rica travel and we give our highest recommendation to them to all who may be interested in visiting that wonderful country.
