Travel Review: Luxury Croatia Family Vacation, Zadar, Zagreb, Dubrovnik, Sea Organ, Sailing, History, Food & Wine, Architecture

I am half Croatian and I've always wanted to visit my ancestral land again with my wife and other relatives(5 total). (I briefly worked in Croatia 17 yrs ago for the US Govt.)  I never hired a tour agency because I didn't want to be bussed around with a crowd.  I did my research and discovered this agency on the internet.  The travel agent customized our tour that met our desires to visit the Adriatic Coast and Zagreb.  Over the course of a year in planning, I made several changes including the number of travelers and our agent was very accommodating and quick to respond.  My 81 yr. old aunt required special needs and our agent made sure they were met.  I liked the fact that our guides were from the places we visited and were very professional, informative and a joy to learn about Croatian history, architecture, food and wine, things to do on our own and most of all very friendly.  The drivers were also very professional and accommodating as well as the sailboat skipper that took us on a relaxing day of sailing.  On our way to Zagreb, I requested a side trip to Zadar to hear the sea organ and there was no problem with the driver taking us there.  This company is the only way to go if one wants to experience Croatia and adjacent countries.  It is very reasonable in price and flexible in planning.  Every hotel was excellent and our agent was always on top of things to make sure we were extremely satisfied with the tour.
