This travel company distinguished itself from the outset when our agent insisted we talk on the phone, rather than email, to get a feel of what type of accommodations, experiences, and activities our family enjoyed. This allowed her to quickly customize our trip using the volumes of information that I had gleaned from other travel websites. She spent the requisite time working with us to refine the itinerary, was patient with the myriad of emails requesting refinements, and provided needed perspectives to actually limit the schedule to ensure we would spent enough time at each destination to get the most out of the experiences there as well as build into the schedule forced downtimes to refresh.  Our trip was 3.5 weeks long, included France (Paris, Loire Valley, Giverny), Switzerland (Montreal, Zermatt, St. Moritz, Lucerne, Zurich), Lake Como, England (London, Wimbledon, Cotswold). Our agent was easily accessible before, during, and after our trip.
