Travel Review: Luxury European Vacation, France, Switzerland, Czech Republic, Paris, Mt Titlus & Jungfrau, Eiffel Tower, Kayaking

I have to start by saying this travel agency saved the day.  My son and his wife had planned on a "European Vacation" that would include Switzerland, but as their vacation time drew closer, they had not finalized any plans and it was becoming last minute.  That's when we turned to Zicasso since their agencies have organized some fantastic family trips for us in the past.  Once again, we were not disappointed.

We spoke with two agencies and ultimately picked this agent due to their local knowledge and detailed descriptions of how the trip could come together.  They gave us confidence that they could make it happen.  My son and his wife had high hopes to see many things -- including a stop at Iceland -- so the agent patiently investigated all options while they made final decisions on destinations.

This travel company provided a complete itinerary that included travel, accommodations and some activities, leaving free time to explore as well.  They arranged for great guides for some tours and transfers to make the travel hassle-free. They even stepped in at the end of the trip when the return flight was cancelled by the airline and made alternate reservations.

We'd definitely recommend them.
