Your overall comments on the trip and the travel company:

Our travel agent, Laurie, was excellent to work with. She was a great listener and was able to address all my concerns and hopes for the trip. I was traveling with my 15 year old daughter who was leaving London to go to Paris alone and Laurie secured the best drivers and made certain everything was organized. Laurie is an expert in the field, professional, timely in her responses and provides the client with exceptional information and recommendations. We used her literature throughout the trip and it was priceless. I highly recommend Laurie and I will use her services again.

What were the most enjoyable or memorable parts of your trip?

We loved London - the Blue Badge tour guide was wonderful. Laurie secured a guide for our first day in London to provide an overview and she was excellent. All our drivers were on time, kind and professional. Our tours of Giverny and Versailles were excellent and our stop for lunch was beautiful and fun! I loved walking in Paris and taking in the sights, the people and eating macarons from Pierre Herme and visiting Fragonard stores! We had a morning with a guide to do some shopping which took us to different parts of the city and I regret not returning to Merci. We were fortunate to have friends in Paris and had the opportunity to go to St. Laurent-sur-Mer in Normandy which was a true highlight.

If you could take your trip again, what would you do differently?

I would spend more time in the UK and in France. I don't think I would use a guide for the flea market in Paris and I would plan to have a few days to see museums - I would also like to explore more of France.
