From beginning to end our agent at this European travel company made our trip spot on. Her hotel choices were perfect, her guides fantastic, drivers were safe and courteous, our pre-trip folder included absolutely everything we needed to know.

Your overall comments on Zicasso

I have used Zicasso twice now. Both experiences have been just perfect!!!!!

What were the most enjoyable or memorable parts of your trip?

Our guided tours were great - our agent gave us optional ideas in each city. They were great!

If you could take your trip again, what would you do differently?

The only thing I would change is my hotel in Interlake if it were in the summer, our hotel had no a/c and it was pretty warm - still lovely, though!
