We worked with this Spain tour operator via e-mail. Their comments and suggestions turned out to be excellent. The hotels they recommended placed us right where we needed to be, the tours they scheduled for us in advance were very good (especially the private tour with Gema in Sevilla) and train travel proved to be easy, fast and very enjoyable. The information packet they left at our first hotel was invaluable with tips for each city, directions, maps with the hotel already marked on them and all of our travel vouchers and train tickets. We only had one small problem and it was resolved immediately. I would recommend this company to anyone traveling in Spain. Our trip took us to Madrid, Granada, Sevilla, Cordoba and back to Madrid for departure home. How did you find out about Zicasso?
