This trip was the first time overseas for myself and my family. Our agent planned every detail of the trip so that we could enjoy our journey without the worry of transportation, accommodations or adventure planning along the way. We were given a book with the itinerary for our 21 day trip, with every step of the journey detailed so that we were comfortable and confident throughout the trip.

Our agent was always a phone call away if we did have any hiccups, or questions regarding our trip. Her support during our flight cancellations was exemplary. She is truly an expert in her field!

What were the most enjoyable or memorable parts of your trip?

It is impossible to narrow our trip down to the single most enjoyable or memorable.... So here are my top three...

1. Seeing Queen Elizabeth! Our agent arranged for our travel guide in London to take us to the exact spot that the queen would be traveling where we could see her up close and personal! 2. The Cliffs of Moher- Our travel guide knew the weather would be extremely foggy the day we planned to see the cliffs, so he changed our trip to the cliffs to a ferry cruise so that we could see the cliffs from the water! We had a perfect view, where the tourists at the top of the cliffs could see nothing. 3. Ashford Castle in Ireland. We were scheduled enough time to enjoy 8 different activities during our stay, and our agent arranged for our rooms to have the best view of the castle grounds and the river. The falconry class experience was a breath taking experience!

If you could take your trip again, what would you do differently?

I can honestly say there is nothing we would do differently. Our agent helped to plan every detail, and the trip was designed to give us the experience of a lifetime! We enjoyed every minute!
