Travel Review: Luxury France, Italy, and Switzerland Vacation, St. Paul de Vence, Antibes, Lake Como, Geneva

Laurie was terrific. Knowledgeable, responsive to my every need and question, and wonderfully enthusiastic, giving me lots of options as I planned a trip to a place I'd never been. I would ask her to help us again.

As she knows, however, the train travel from Italy to France was the low point of our trip, and our hotel room in Antibes had a terrible odor related to the toilet. They fixed as best they could while we were there, and said it would be completely fixed after we left. Laurie addressed this with them, and they offered a complimentary night's stay, but I told her to let them know we have no idea when we will return to southern France . . .
