Your overall comments on the trip and the travel company:

I had contacted a few travel companies and I was very impressed with our travel specialist. I had to take a leap of faith because I had never dealt with a company from Europe. I am very happy that I did! This company is a top notch company! They gave us a phone as soon as we landed and we could contact them with any problems. That is keeping your customer secure in the fact that if you need them they are only a phone call away. I am planning on doing another trip with them in the future.

What were the most enjoyable or memorable parts of your trip?

There are too many things! All of the guides were great but I really enjoyed a couple of the guides. They have made lasting impressions and memories for me. The rooms were wonderful and the places that we saw we will never forget.

If you could take your trip again, what would you do differently?

I don't think I would do anything different.
