Working with this travel agent was a pure pleasure!  This man has an incredible sense of detail and works tireless hours.  Even though he was 7 hours ahead of us, he was working into the wee hours of the night answering questions for me, changing our itinerary, securing hotels, tours, sailing trips and dinner reservations.  Every hotel, tour, tour guide, and dining experience exceeded our expectations by a factor.  He also took the time to explain every detail of our itinerary so we knew what to expect as first time travelers in Greece, and he provided extensive information about the varying cultures and climates for each location that we visited.  When we were in Greece he was available for us at all times - just an added bonus!  We felt exceptionally well taken care of and it allowed us to fully enjoy our trip!  We made friends who will be coming to the States to visit us, we embraced the culture with every tour guide, and we learned about their own personal stories.  We felt fully welcomed as US citizens everywhere we went.  Our agent single handedly made our first family trip to Greece not only one to remember, but provided an experience that will be bringing us back many times in the future!  Thank you Zicasso for leading us to this travel company and our agent!
