Travel Review: Luxury Italy Family Vacation, Florence, Rome, Venice, Genoa, Pompeii, Coliseum, Cooking Class, Gondola Ride

My family had a total of 6 people coming from 3 different locations at 3 different times to visit 3 different cities in Italy.  The logistics involved to coordinate such a trip were overwhelming, and I decided it was worthwhile to get a travel service to help me.  Going through Zicasso, we obtained contacts for two different companies, of which this travel agency was one.  We chose this agency primarily on the fact they were 20% lower in cost.  I don't know what service the other travel provider would have given us, but I can't imagine better service or professional treatment than I received with this company.  Our account manager, was very accommodating, especially when our American Airline travel delays and cancellations caused a two day gap for three of us getting to Italy.  The airline couldn't have done a worse job, and our account manager couldn't have done a better job helping us to accommodate the inconveniences and costs the airline caused.  All of the hotels were very nice, and the guides and activities were top notch.    I highly recommend this company if you are considering a trip to Italy, and want to be sure you have all the bases covered.
