Travel Review: Luxury Italy Vacation Package, Rome, Venice, Florence, Amalfi Coast, Sorrento, Positano, Capri, Pompeii, Siena

We would spend more time in Pompeii...a two-hour tour was not nearly long enough to be able to truly appreciate it. We also would not have stayed at Il Covo dei Saraceni in Positano. The rooms were tired, uncomfortable and downright unattractive. The fumes and noise from the ferries at the dock in front of the hotel made time on our terrace or at the pool quite short. It is not worthy of it's five-star rating at all. We also would not have planned a full-day private driving excursion to Paestum (from Positano) on a national holiday...we spent hours in bumper to bumper traffic.
