Fantastic, full-service experience.
Our trip planner and the team went above and beyond all our expectations for our Italian dream vacation.  My parents are approaching 70-years-old, and they work with us to create a once-in-a-lifetime excursion that we will never forget.  Both in the planning phase and the execution phase, we felt protected and valued.  If questions arose, the team were quick to respond and ensured that our tour operators (the people on the ground) were there to assist with any request.
The attention to detail & preferences, as well as the best in class logistics management, is well worth the price.  We felt like royalty being picked up and dropped off in places where seemingly every other tourist was unable to access.  :)
