Peru

Your overall comments on the trip and the travel company:

It was very easy to work with our agents at this travel company. And, when it really mattered, when we were on our trip, they and their on-ground partners anticipated a train strike and rebooked us with plane tickets so we could continue our trip. Without a travel agent, we wouldn't have known about the strike and our trip would have been interrrupted.

What were the most enjoyable or memorable parts of your trip?

Macchu Picchu was amazing. I loved our all of our hotels. I especially loved traveling by train. Disappointed that we missed the Andean Explorer that sounded like it would have been a highlight. But, the travel agency made sure it didn't interrupt our trip.

Our first tour guide was the best but they were all memorable and knowledgeable.

If you could take your trip again, what would you do differently?

I would have timed our visit to Lima differently. We arrived during rush hour on a Friday. It was crazy!
